Housura Refund & Return Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

  • You may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.
  • Refunds are only available if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Proof (clear photos or videos) is required for all refund requests.

Process

  1. Contact us at support@housura.com with your order number and supporting photos/videos.
  2. Our team will review your request within 4 business days.
  3. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
  4. In most cases, we do not require you to ship the item back due to international logistics.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Requests made after 14 days from delivery.
  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered.
  • Returns due to change of mind or personal preference.
  • Non-returnable items: personal care products, perishable goods, customized items, and gift cards.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item so we can resolve the issue quickly.
